Spring 2025 - 6th and 7th Grade Dances

 

6th and 7th Grade Dance Volunteers Needed! 

Dance Dates:

  • 7th Grade: Thursday, March 20th, 4:30pm-6pm
  • 6th Grade: Thursday, April 3rd, 4:30pm-6pm
  • (Volunteers may arrive as early as 3:30pm and stay until 6:30pm)

Join our planning meetings on Thursdays via Zoom, starting February 6. You can help on event day or take a lead role: 

  • Concessions: Select, purchase, and distribute snacks.
  • Entertainment: Coordinate with the DJ and plan activities. 
  • Volunteer: Organize and assign event helpers.
  • Decorations: Set up and take down themed decor.
  • Ticketing & Promotion: Handle event publicity and ticket sales.
